At the 2022 Bernard Loiseau Culinary Festival, organized by the Constance Hotels Group, we had the honor of being introduced to France's starred chefs and other international pastry chefs.
We were able to present our vanilla to Chefs Pierre Hermé, Frederic Cassel, Serge Vieira, Davy Tissot and to the great lady of French pastry, Mme Mercotte.
Their words of encouragement and support have strengthened our decision to continue cultivating exceptional vanilla.
Chefs Stephane Labastide and Nicolas Durousseau from the Constance Ile Maurice group also support us and use our vanilla in their pastries.
Our local clients include the Wapalapam restaurant, the Zardin Papou boutiques and La Boulagerie la Kaz à Pain.
Our godmother Chef
Pastry Chef Marie Meunier of the LUX* Grand Baie hotel was the first to trust us.
She visited our vanilla plantation and was impressed by the quality of our work. Our unique vanilla seduced her, and for several years, Chef Meunier has been using our vanilla in her pastries.
Chef Meunier's signature dessert is the "Vanilla Shell."
We are grateful to him for giving us the opportunity to demonstrate that we have the art and know-how to produce exceptional vanilla.
